Hotel Villa Verde is very easy to reach.
The Hotel is located in Via Marina 6, San Mauro Mare. It is easily reached from the A14 motorway by exiting at Rimini north and then taking the SS16 roadway northbound until you arrive at the exit for San Mauro Mare. From there go towards the sea and you'll find the Hotel easily.
