The prices listed are per person, per day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
They include: room, full board, VAT , services, use of a common cabin on the beach. AN EVENTUAL HOLIDAY TAX IS EXCLUDED. For meals not consumed at the hotel there is no reduction. They can be replaced if desired with picnic baskets.
In case of early departure, there is a charge equal to the value of the room for a maximum of three nights at the hotel. The reservation becomes effective on payment of the deposit.
The room will be consigned by 12 noon and should be vacated before 10am.
Cash , ATM and Credit cards payments are accepted. WE BEG YOU TO INFORM US AT YOUR ARRIVAL.

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Thermal Center (600 m) at the south of Riccione and is
350 m. from the sea. For those who do not want to go on foot there is a SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE SPA. They are
free bicycles available for a ride in the city center( Ceccarini Street is 1 km away.
Internal Parking and large square outside for your car. Outside the hotel there is a wide lawn and in front there is a public park.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, the atmosphere is relaxed and familiare, the kitchen is well organized , with a sweet or salty buffet breakfast. During lunch and dinner there is buffet of cooked and raw mixed vegetables. Choice between three menus for both lunch and dinner. Fish every day.
