OPTION ''A'' - ALL INCLUSIVE :
* Full Board, 1 beach  umbrella and 2 sun-beds (for a double room with 2 adults at our bathing establishment ) , mineral water, local wine (or soft drinks) with main meals.
OPTION ''B'' INCLUDES :
**  Full board, and only mineral water with main meals.

The above prices  are intended per person, per day, for a minimum stay of 3 days and include, besides what is listed in options A and B, :   
- breakfast buffet Sweet and salty
- choice of menu with seafood every day ( at lunch)
- a hot and cold vegetable buffet  and other specialities of our excellent cuisine.
 All rooms  equipped with air conditioning, are soundproof and have  : a  balcony, bathroom with shower and courtesy set ,  TV -SAT , safe, hair dryer, direct dial telephone.

Options A and B also include :
- VAT, excluding  eventual holiday tax ,  PARKING  area guarded and illuminated round the clock, close to the Hotel
- AIR CONDITIONING, free use of BICYCLES and FITNESS AREA
- MINI BAR, UPON REQUEST with a daily supplement of € 3,00
-2 day PACKAGE : only with full board (option "A" or "B" ) + € 10,00  per person.

HALF BOARD:
-10% for OPTION A and B.
SUPPLEMENTS:
Single room : Option A € 5,00 ; Option B  € 3,00 per day
double room  for single use  ( according to availability) € 15.00 per day
DISCOUNTS CHILDREN in room with parents or 2 adults: 
- from 0 to 2 years FREE (except from 8/04 - 8/22  negotiable, valid for only one child, other children according to price list)
- from 3 to 12 years -50%  discount
- from  13 years of age  and 3rd and 4th bed adults -20% discount. 

Overnight stay with or without breakfast possible
AVAILABLE ALL SEASON
The room is available  from 12 noon the day of arrival until 10 am the day of departure. Meals that are NOT CONSUMED are not deductable from the daily rate, BUT  can be replaced, upon the guest's request, with a boxed lunch.

Special events at the Misano World Circuit :
The rates indicated above in Option "A" and Option "B" are not valid for guests that make a reservation for one of the following events :
SUPERBIKE from 6/07 to 6/10/2012
WDW (Ducati) from 6/21 to 6/24/2012
MOTO GP from 9/13 to 9/16/2012

The above offers are intended per person, per week and are valid with the following conditions :
a) for a minimum stay of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday ( eventual Arrivals on Sunday according to Availability)
b) for stays over 7 days there the discounted rate will  ALWAYS be applied according to the Offer, BUT POSSIBLY with arrival or departure on Saturday or Sunday. We always do our best for eventual arrangements for the stay.
The "Special 2012 summer offer" is not valid for half board

DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN :
from 5/19 to 6/29 and from 9/01 to 9/16
- from 0 to 4 years of age FREE ( valid for only one child, other children like basic price list)
- from 5 to 12 years of age - 50% DISCOUNT
- from 13 years of age and 3rd and 4th bed adult - 205DISCOUNT
- from 6/30 to 8/31 children's discounts are those in the basic 2012 price list
THE DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN ARE INTENDED IN ROOM WITH 2 PARENTS OR 2 ADULTS.
