Hotel Condor in Milano Marittima is a 3 star hotel located close to the sea. The hotel has been renovated and it's position, in the middle of a large ancient pine forest, makes it a cool and peaceful place .
You can appreciate the peacefulness of the pine forest from the rooms and the cool shady garden, where often in the evening parties,dinners and shows take place, lulled by the taste of the salty air and the sound of the waves.

Hotel Condor's services render it really unique : private beach cabins, safe, bicycles for relaxing excursions in the pine forest, service for the booking and organization of excursions and the possibility to buy tickets for amusement parks ( Mirabilandia, Aquafan, Le Navi, etc.).

Full Board rates are per person per day including air conditioning ( minimum stay 3 days).
10% Supplement for single room. + 20% supplement for double single use.
During the period from 5/26 to 6/04, for stays shorter than a week, the rates for the following period will be applied, children's discounts will be those relative to the period from 6/30 to 7/27.
The ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE INCLUDES : 1 beach umbrella + 1 sun-bed per adult + common beach cabin + water and wine with meals.
The VIP VILLAGE SERVICE is provided by the bathing establishment we refer to at the beach ( which is aprx. 150 metres from the hotel) and INCLUDES :
- use with no limits of the heated swimming pool that can be covered during bad weather and is equipped with a whirlpool, swimming against the current, located directly on the beach ( consult photo)
- mini-club daily from 6/11
- activities daily
- fitness
- sport tournaments
THE PRICE FOR THE VIP VILLAGE SERVICE IS 7,50 EURO PER DAY FOR ADULTS ONLY, AND IS VALID ONLY IF COMBINED WITH THE ALL INCLUSIVE RATE.
