VILLAGE FORMULA FROM MAY 26 TO SEPTEMBER 8.
Prices include : full board ( room, buffet breakfast, for lunch and dinner with choice of menu accompanied by assorted vegetable, appetizer and dessert buffet), beverages with meals, use of beach towel, one beach bag per room, one beach game per room occupied by a child under 6 years of age, beach service ( 1 beach umbrella and 2 lounges per room ), air conditioning in room, free entrance every day to  ATLANTICA water park in Cesenatico, aperitif buffet in the garden on Sundays, evenings with sweets buffet , activities ( acquagym, tournaments, mini club 4 - 12 years of age , non-stop from 10am to 6pm), newspaper available every morning in the common areas, use of swimming pool and lounges, use of bicycles. Starting from May 28th entrance to the Azzurra Club Village and Club card are free - with use of tennis court, soccer field, mini golf, cabaret in evening, shows and musicals..

Discounts :
Half board : - € 5,00 per day and per person
Children in room with 2 adults : up to 1 year of age free; from 2 to 11 years of age - 50% discount ; from 12 to 15 years of age  - 30% discount  Third and fourth bed - 20% discount
Reduction for 3rd and 4th bed in family room ( communicating rooms sharing one bathroom) - 20% discount

Double single use ( only during low season) + € 20,00 per day
Single room + € 8,00 per day
Stays under 3 days + 25%
Crib € 10,00 per day
Extra meal  € 20,00
Small pet € 7,00 per day

OFFERS valid for stays of at least 7 days ( not cumulative) :
- Advance booking January : by  booking and confirming with a 30% deposit by 1/31/2012, you are entitled to a 15% discount of the daily rates.
 - Advance booking February : by  booking and confirming with a 50% deposit by 2/28/2012, you are entitled to a 15% discount of the daily rates.
- Advance booking March : by  booking and confirming with a 30 % deposit by 3/31/2012, you are entitled to a 12% discount of the daily rates
- Advance booking April : by  booking and confirming with a 30 % deposit by 4/30/2012, you are entitled to a 10 % discount of the daily rates
- Advance booking  : by  booking and confirming with a 70% deposit thirty days before arrival, you are entitled to a 10% discount of the daily rates
- Advance booking  : by  booking and confirming with a 70% deposit fifteen days before arrival, you are entitled to a 7 % discount of the daily rates
- New 2012 - Re-confirm Promo : if you have stayed at our hotel at least once during the last three years during the periods marked with the "Re-confirm" Offer, the same rates stated in your old reservation confirmation will be applied. If you have not conserved a copy you can request it from one of our booking operators.
- Family Plan  4=3 : 4 people in quadruple room pay 3 full rates.
- Third bed free Tokio Home : during period up to 6/08 and from 9/08 : third bed free and fourth bed - 50% in a room with 2 adults. During the period 9/01 to 9/07 : one child up to 6 years of age stays free in a room with 2 adults.
- Third bed free Tokio Beach and Residence Tokio : during period up to 6/08 and from 9/01 to 9/07 : third bed free and fourth bed - 50% in a room with 2 adults. During the period 6/09 to 6/15 and 8/25 to 8/31 : one child up to 16 years of age stays free in a room with 2 adults.
- Long vacation : for stays of 14 days there is a 10% discount of the daily rate.
- BLOCK Prices : If you book a weeks vacation for the following year before the end of your stay you will block the prices of the current price list and you will also be entitled to a 15% discount for advance booking if you send a 30% deposit for confirmation within 15 days.
- Spa bonus : if staying during periods up to 5/25 and from 9/08, there is the opportunity to combine the stay with thermal treatments at Cervia's spa located 5 kilometres away ( bus transportation available). Hotel Tokio's management will recognize a € 50,00 bonus per person. The bonus will be deducted from a week's HOTEL + SPA stay, for two week stays the Bonus will increase to € 100,00.
- Azzurro Club cheque : to be deducted from daily rates for stays with hotel formula for a minimum of 2 people staying in the same room.
- Welcome back : for the next stay during the same season there is a 10% discount of the daily rates.
- Young People Special  : there is a 10% discount of the daily rates reserved for young people from 17 to 26 years of age ( with a minimum stay of 7 days in a double room with both occupants from 17 to 26 years of age)
- Mini Groups : for groups with a minimum of 10 adults with full rates, there is a 15% discount of the daily rate.
- Parent with child : staying in a room with a child from 2 to 16 years of age, the child will be entitled to a 20% discount of the daily rate.
- Introduce a friend : Become our partner, for each new reservation made by friends, relatives and colleagues that mention your name, you will receive a 12% DISCOUNT of the daily rates.

 ADVANTAGES
PLATINUM CARD : 20% discount for the periods marked by an asterisk and 15% discount for all other periods. The Discount is intended based on the daily rates and without mandatory deposit ( not cumulative with other offers).
