The indicated rates refer to one week's accommodation in an apartment, according to type.
Check-in is on Saturday between 2 pm and 5 pm and check-out is on the following Saturday between 7 am and 10 am.
In the weekly rate use of fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher ( excluding the PORT CANAL units), safe , LCD 32" TV in living room, 22" LCD TV in bedroom with sockets for PSP and XBOX and SKY receivers, fenced-in car park 100m from resort, Internet Wi-Fi in each apartment, bed and bathroom linens are provided at arrival according to the number of people booked. For stays more than one week a change of linens is not provided.

To the price indicated must be added the cost of the end-of-stay mandatory cleaning: Studio PORT CANAL 50 Euro, two room BEACH and BOAT units 70 Euro, Two room SKYSCRAPER and FISHING BOAT units 90 Euro.
The costs are increased by 40% if there is a pet being kept in the apartment.

For additional child's cot or crib ( with highchair) 15 Euro per week will be charged. For a 6th bed in a SKYSCRAPER UNIT , 50 euro will be charged.
Upon request:
- air conditioning per week : Studio and two room units 50 Euro
- bed/bathroom/beach linen change 7 Euro per person (service available upon request ).
Special rates at the Hotel Elisabetta restaurant Lunch/Dinner 16 Euro per person, 5 euro children under 5 years of age, 8 euro children under 12 years of age.

Special take-away menus at the Elisabetta Hotel. With order in advance. Cost of the dishes varies from 4 to 7 euro.
5% discount for second consecutive week, this offer is not cumulative with other offers.
For 4 week stays the costs of the mandatory final cleaning of the unit will not be charged, even if a small pet is present.
 At the time of booking, a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the weeks booked is required . Upon receipt of the deposit, final booking confirmation will be sent by email, fax or ordinary mail, together with the total cost of the booking, to be paid
at check-in. This confirmation must be shown upon arrival together with the receipt of the deposit sent and valid identification documents for registration. Documents will be returned the following day. Any extras to be paid for when requested.
The balance of the cost of stay must be paid at check-in, when the electronic apartment keys are handed over along with apartment regulations. At the same time a mandatory cautionary deposit of 200 Euro must be paid. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, when the keys are returned directly in the unit after an inspection of the apartment. Credit card and ATM payments are not accepted. Cheques and cash are accepted.
