The Hotel offers an imposing architecture of great effect with splendid windows that reflect the colours of the summer. The complex has an "L" shape, with a sea view from all the rooms. It has a large park with swimming pool (350 sq.metres of water) and whirlpool, water bike and baby area. Tennis and mini volley, beach at Valverde Lido. Large parking area and a garage reserved for guests. The hotel is located in a privileged position along the waterfront and next to the Levante Park, a large equipped green lung .

Junior suite : sea view, uperior comfort, loggia/ balcony and exclusive services : TV, safe, refrigerator, small kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, direct dial telephone and air conditioning included. A 28 sq.metre studio apartment ideal for 2+2 people.

Family suite : Sea view, superior comfort, loggia/ balcony and exclusive comforts : TV, safe, refrigerator, small kitchen, living room,bathroom with tub/shower, hair dryer, direct dial telephone and air conditioning included. A 37 sq.metre 2 room flat ideal for 4 or 5 people.

The Hotel offers : a rich, genuine breakfast with many tasty foods to enjoy in the cool park with swimming pool. For lunch and dinner ,healthy and delicious meals are prepared with fresh products from our gardens and farm. A mediterranean and Romagnola menu, based on seafood is offered.

Maestrale de luxe : sea view, splendid panoramic window, (a large 45 sq. metre  2 room flat).

Maestrale superior : sea view in privileged position. Some with large panoramic terrace (30 sq.metres) with table, chairs and 2 lounges. Others with balcony and panoramic  seafront window.
