The hotel's kitchen is personally supervised by Mrs Simonetta , the owner, who will prepare delicious typical romagna dishes for you to enjoy . For lunch and dinner there are always  3 different menus  to choose from, fish is always present and accompanied by  vegetables, cheeses,and  fruit buffets and to end meals delicious desserts. For breakfast a delicious rich buffet is served. Variations are possible, for example , meals for who has a celiac disorder.
