price list notes

From May to September, prices include - an ALL INCLUSIVE FORMULA  :
Full board (bed, breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner with choice of menu and a rich vegetable, salad and appetizer buffet); drinks with meals  (water, wine, coke and orange soda without limits);  beach service at our private  Lido (1 beach umbrella + 2 sun-beds for each room booked), free admission every  day to the water park ATLANTICA ( valid from the opening to the closing of the park) ; daily entertainment ; typical romagnola dinner  and evening with live music once a week ; newspaper every morning to be read in hotel ;  air conditioning ; parking.
From October to April, prices include : full board, beverages with meals, heating.
During every period of the year free admission to Cesenatico's heated and covered COUNTY SWIMMING POOL , located about 1 kilometre from the Hotel, is included. Admission includes free use of the pool and the use of the relax centre with it's steam room and Turkish bath ( entrance valid during the hours and days that the pool is open).

Rates are valid excluding Easter and some holiday weekends and holidays.
Supplement for "Sea" Room : + € 10,00 per day per room of the MOON and SUN rooms rates.

The rates include the preparation but not the supply of : baby foods (plasmon kind) and dietetic meals for adults.
DISCOUNTS of the daily rates :
- HALF BOARD : - € 5,00 per day per person ( in case of a reservation with full board, the eventual meals that are not consumed will not be deducted from the total cost of the stay)
- THIRD PERSON IN THE ROOM: up to 2 years free; from 3 to 10 years -50%, from 11 years  -30%.
- TWO CHILDREN FROM 3 TO 5 YEARS OF AGE IN ROOM WITH TWO ADULTS : one child free and one child -30% 
- TWO CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS OF AGE IN ROOM WITH TWO ADULTS  : Family Plan (= 2 full rates + 2 rates discounted 50%)
- FOUR PEOPLE IN THE SAME ROOM : third bed -30%; fourth bed -50%
IN A ROOM WITH TWO ADULTS, CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS OF AGE ARE ALWAYS FREE

SUPPLEMENTS of the daily price list : 
- SINGLE ROOM : + 20%. Book and confirm a stay of a minimum stay of 7 days with a 25% deposit by 4/30/2012 and you will receive a 10% discount of the price list's full rate ( excluding periods F and G : you will receive a 5% discount of the price list's full rate). If you possess a Costa del Sole Hotels or Club Costa Vacanze Hotels cheque, book and confirm your minimum stay of 7 days with a 25% deposit by 3/31/2012 and you will receive a 12% discount of the price list's full rate ( excluding periods F and G : you will receive a 7% discount of the price list's full rate)
- DOUBLE ROOM SINGLE USE : + € 18,00 per day
- EXTRA MEAL AT THE HOTEL'S RESTAURANT : + € 16,00
- POSSIBILITY TO HAVE LUNCH AT OUR PRIVATE BEACH : + € 35,00 per person,  adults and children, per week. The "Beach" menu can be chosen only by guests staying at least 7 days, it includes a first course, a second course, sherbet and a pint of water.

OFFERS are not cumulative and are valid for minimum stays of 3 days with price list daily rates and are not valid for weekly packages because they are already discounted.
- ONE PARENT WITH CHILDREN : one child from 0 to 12 years of age in room with an adult / 20% discount. Children in third and forth bed discounted according to price list.
OVER 65  (to be communicated at the moment of the reservation) : - 10% of the price list full rates ( excluding periods F and G : - 5% of the price list full rates)
- WELCOME BACK : - 5% for the second stay during the same season
- CLUB COSTA VACANZE HOTELS CHEQUE ( to be communicated at the moment of the reservation) : - 5% on the whole stay
- OFFERS. LAST MINUTES AND ROULETTE FORMULA : pubblicated on our web sites
- INTRODUCE A FRIEND ( cumulative offer) : minimum 7 day stay, become our partner and for every new reservation for a minimum stay of 7 days that you will make in your name for people that are not yet Club Costa Vacanze Hotels customers, you will receive a 4% discount of the total cost of the new reservation's stay ( consult the rules at www.costavacanzehotels.com)

SUMMER 2012 OFFERS
- MAKE A RESERVATION WITH A DOUBLE DISCOUNT : if you have a Costa del Sole Hotels or Club Costa Vacanze Hotels cheque, make a reservation and confirm it with a deposit by 3/31/2012 and you will receive another 2% discount for weekly packages ( for weekly packages, click here). If you have stayed at one of our Hotels and you did not receive one of our cheques, inform one of our operators and you will receive the double discount
- LAYAWAY VACATION WITH DISCOUNTED PRICES : pay monthly for your vacation before your arrival in hotel and, you will receive an extra 2% discount of the already discounted and convenient weekly package for you and your family. You choose how to make the payments for your vacation ( postal order, bank transfer, personal cheque or credit card). In case of the cancellation of the reservation, the amount already paid, after deducting the 25% deposit, will be returned. The eventual full or partial refund of the deposit will be regulated according to our " Commercial Conditions and Information". For further information don't hesitate to contact our operators
