Prices are per day per person.
in hotel "All Inclusive".
Short stay up to 3 days, € 15,00 supplement of full board and half board rates.

BEACH SERVICE
Cost of an umbrella and two beds at the beach: € 12,00 per day. 
Facilitated ticket  reserved for our customers, available in hotel, min. 6 days, valid from the seventh row and used at bathing establishment choosen by the guest.

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT
For the third and fourth bed (bunk beds) added in the room, with two people at full price: 
free  a child up to 12 months, including cot , vegetable broth, vegetable purè, Pastine and possible assistance in preparing the meals with the advice of the mother. In the dining room there is a microwave ove which can be used - 24 hours a day .
For other children in the room:
- 0 to under 3 years of age, discount of 60%,
- from 3 to under 14 years of age, discount of 40%,
- over 14 years and adults, 20% discount. 
Menu for children in addition to the daily menu.
Available for free: rails for the bed , high chairs,  bottle warmers, plastic tub for the bath,
On request, directly in the hotel we will provide a  pediatrician and baby sitter.

THE PRICES INCLUDE : 
Drinks with meals (without limits): mineral water in sealed bottle, soft drinks (orange, lemonade, coke) and Sangiovese or Trebbiano wine in the bottle with cork stopper.
Guest's rooms, all with balconies facing the sea and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, telephone,  including the use of air conditioning, mini-fridge (empty) , wireless, safe, 26" LCD television . 
Pool: 140 sq.m, use of sun-beds, umbrellas, whirlpools. Located in a green garden with full sun from morning to evening. 
-Children's pool with a step ladder, water slides and geysers. 
-Use of bicycles for adults, with baby seat, subject to availability. 
-Breakfast buffet in the restaurant or outside in the garden. 
-3-4 Menu choices on first dishes and second courses of meat or fish with warm side dishes and rich buffet of vegetables and appetizers. Celiac cooking ( food not supplied) .Choice of desserts. Children's menu.
. Restaurant ''The Shell'' with a panoramic view of the beach and air conditioning. Table service.
. Typical or Gala Dinner-Buffet with live music every week usually on Wednesdays, with a min. 50 guests.
. Internet point, wireless hot spots, fax, photocopying, wake up service, luggage storage.
. 10% VAT.

PARKING AREA
Large outdoor unguarded parking area on the hotel grounds, free use according to availability.

FAMILY PLAN
50% discount for two children under 14 years in room with two people at full price: 2 +2 = 3.

COMMUNICATING ROOMS
There are also two  communicating rooms for 4-5 people, each with its own bathroom and a balcony facing the sea. (Four people are at full price).

SINGLE ROOM
Supplement € 10, 00 per day. The single rooms are small but functional and have a large balcony facing the sea.
For a double room single use , supplement of 50%.

SERVICES WITH FEE
Turkish bath, UVA bed , baby sitter, laundry, massages, dietary needs, beautician, manicure, pedicure.

REDUCTIONS
Payment in cash upon arrival, discount of 2%.
Vacation over 18 days, discount of 5%.

CONDITIONS
Prices are per person, per day and for a week 's stay, beginning with lunch and ending with breakfast.
Weekends and Holiday weekends  up to three days, there is a  € 15,00 supplement on full board and half board prices.
Any extra meals at hotel restaurant the ''Shells'', with a menu choice, buffet of appetizers and vegetables, drinks included: € 35,00 per person.
Reception Service: Check-in/out from 8 to 24.00.
On departure, please leave room free in the morning before 10 am with reference to the last day indicated on the reservation.
In the case of late arrival or early departure the guests will be charged the costs of the room for the entire reservation. No deduction for meals not consumed.
Please inform us on  arrival the eventual use of credit cards or checks for the payment of the bill.
