We operate in the field for over 15 years with excellent results and we carefully consider our customers needs.
Our offices are located in the center of Valverde, Cesenatico and are also open on public holidays.
The Agency has tourist apartments for 2/6 people and rents weekly, for two weeks and monthly.

Our apartments are located in buildings of 6 / 12 units or in condominiums, about 100/450 meters from the beach, they are different in size and location and are situated in Valverde and Villamarina of Cesenatico.
The apartments are functionally furnished with cutlery and crockery; excluded linen, blankets, beds covers, rags and dusters.
Nearby there are shops and services.
Types of Apartments in Cesenatico:
BILO 2 persons: room with double bed, living room, kitchenette c , bathroom/shower, balcony.
BILO 3 persons: like BILO 2 persons plus an extra bed for child under 12 years of age.
TRILO 4 persons: room with double bed, room with bunk beds or twin beds,living room, kitchenette, bathroom/shower, balcony
TRILO 5 persons ; like TRILO 4 persons plus an extra bed for child under 12 years of age.

Please note that the prices listed above are purely indicative, referring to general standards , and not binding to the agency.
The apartments are located in buildings of 6 / 12 units or condominiums about 250/450 meters from the beach.
They are functionally furnished, equipped with cutlery and crockery; excluding linen, blankets, bedspreads.
Prices are intended by week, from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival at 4pm and departure at 9am.
Weeks 8/04 - 8/11 and 8/11 to 8/18 and 8/18 to 8/25 can be booked only combined to the previous or following week .
The prices include water, electricity, gas and lump sum as compensation commission for apartment .
the sum of € 80.00 for final cleaning is excluded.
the sum of € 100.00 as a deposit is excluded
Payments: 50% at booking and balance on arrival with the keys.

Ag. Carducci Mare is very easy to reach.
The Agency Carducci Mare is located in Mantegna Street, 56 of Valverde, Cesenatico (FC).
From the Highway A14 - Exit Cesena South, follow signs for the SS16 and then on to Cesenatico.
After SS16 continue towards the sea ...
Once at sea, turn right onto Carducci Street. Shortly after you will arrive at Mantegna Street. Turning right you will arrive at our offices.
