Prices are intended per person per day with full board treatment , including  water and wine with meals and beach service with an umbrella and two lounges per room.

MINIMUM STAY 1 WEEK :
- FORMULA 4 = 3 : 4 people, adults or children, occupying the same room pay 3 full rates.
- 1 CHILD FREE : under 10 years of age occupying a room with two adults for a minimum stay of 1 week ( until 6/15 and from 9/01 ).
- 1 CHILD FOR HALF PRICE  : under 10 years of age occupying a room with one adult  ( until 6/15 and from 9/01 ).
- 1 CHILD FREE : under 10 years of age for a minimum stay of 2 weeks, intended as a 4th bed with one free week and one paid week ( from 6/16 to 8/05 and from 8/18 to 9/01 )
14 DAYS : 3% discount from 7/07 to 8/25 ( valid only for triple/ quadruple rooms - adults)

N.B. DISCOUNTS ARE NOT CUMULATIVE. - ID CONTROL - CHILDREN WITHOUT ID DOCUMENTS WILL USE ADULT REDUCTIONS.

REDUCTIONS for minimum 1 week stays

VIP Formula : table in the dining room and 1 beach umbrella in a privileged position, 2 lounges, 2 beach towels, room housekeeping in afternoon and a fish dinner at the restaurant € 25,00 per day per room ( minimum 1 week).
For stays less than 5 days there's a 30% supplement.
For children staying free variations are extra.
Single room without sea view +25%  ( Deluxe € 10,00 per day ).

Prices are intended for a minimum stay of 5 days.
There are no discounts for meals that are not consumed and for anticipated departures. Eventual complaints when paying the bill will not be accepted (only when communicated to the owner at the happening of the episode ).
It is obligatory to vacate the parking lot and the room by 10am the day of departure, otherwise an extra day will be charged. At arrival the management guarantees the keys to the room by 2pm. Bills must be paid by 6pm the day before departure. For anticipated departures all the days booked must be paid for ( possibility to use them in other periods). Confirmation of the reservation : € 100,00 deposit per person for the first two people, € 50,00 per person from the third person.

An eventual holiday tax is to be paid at the hotel.

The hotel is easily reached from the A14 roadway by exiting at Cattolica and then going towards the beach. Here you will be in the vicinity of Lungomare Rasi Spinelli, the hotel is at number 28.
