Residence San Marco in Bellaria is run by the Gradara family with great passion ,in an attentive manner.The Gradara family has been involved with tourism hospitality since 1956 and with Hotel Universal since 1968 .
Residence San Marco is in a pleasant modern building inaugurated during the summer of 2008. The Residence is located on the promenade near the shops ,in a peaceful but well served neighbourhood , just 30 metres from the sea without any roads to cross.

The Residence has a swimming pool for adults with a whirlpool area, and a kiddie pool where children can enjoy themselves and play safely.
And after a nice swim, next to the swimming pool there is a Solarium area where you can relax under the sun.

price list notes
Prices include utilities : running water, electricity, gas and all of the Residence's services, besides a beach umbrella with two lounges at Bathing Establishment 11 VIP.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The reservation will be considered valid after a deposit for 30% of the total cost of the stay is paid, the balance must be paid on arrival at the handover of the apartment .
The client must pay the full amount even in case of a late arrival or an early departure.
At the moment of the handover of the keys guests will be required to leave a € 150,00 deposit ( € 250,00 for groups of friends) which will be returned at departure, if the apartment is re-consigned in the same conditions it was at arrival , otherwise the deposit will be withheld and if it is not sufficient to cover the damage the customer must pay the difference.
Weeks are intended from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment will be handed over the day of arrival from 2pm to 5pm and must be vacated the day of departure by 10am.
Mandatory final cleaning € 50,00 for groups of young people. and is mandatory for everyone if the apartment is not handed over clean.
The apartment can not be occupied by a number of people exceeding those indicated in the reservation.
Each apartment has one car space in the garage , in case there are more than one car, it is possible to use a private parking area located 150 metres from the residence.
Pets are allowed.
TYPE A APARTMENT
Studio apartment for 2-4 people with a double bed plus a sofa bed in the living room -dining room , a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, a bathroom with shower, fenced outdoor area where you can dine outdoors.
TYPE B1 APARTMENT
Two room flat for 2-5 people with a living room-dining room with queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower, terraces furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners.
TYPE B2 APARTMENT
Two room flat for 4-6 people with a living room-dining room with queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, a master bedroom with one/two extra beds , a bathroom with shower, terraces furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners.
TYPE C APARTMENT
Three room flat for 6-7 people with a living room-dining room with queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, a master bedroom with third bed , a bedroom with bunk beds , a bathroom with shower, terraces furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners
